At Liberty we seek to empower lives and transform entire communities – body, mind and spirit – by providing free medical care, clean water, free education & scholarships, business empowerment and pastoral care in towns and villages in Africa.
Our volunteers come from all walks of life – doctors, nurses, surgeons, dentists, pharmacists, teachers, counselors, health care, social care, youth workers, teaching, IT, business, administration, finance, students, ministers of the gospel to name a few, and from all over the world; UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Ireland and Nigeria.
Join us for local and international outreaches in places of greatest need, villages and towns across Nigeria.
Financially support Liberty with donations, fundraising, volunteering your skills or sponsoring someone to go.
Join us for our once monthly meetings and when we pray, plan and organise events throughout the year.
Why volunteer with Liberty?
Every volunteer brings a unique gift and talent which helps transform lives. We all work on different projects depending on our skills and experience, passion and gift. The underlying motivation is always the same – a desire to see lives transformed and saved.
Stories of our volunteers
Gbenga Badejo - I discovered Epe. AgainI visited Epe for the very first time in 2016. I was back this year. On both occasions, what took me to Epe was Liberty - Making People Free, the international Christian outreach whose mandate is to transform communities - body, soul and spirit.

They symbolise everything that God was thinking about when He invented the concept of hope for the future. (more…)

- Was I really going to pray for people to come to Christ?
- What about my own struggles?
- Am I too young? (more…)

I enquired about the Liberty mission from Pastor Akin and Kemi Akinwumi and after speaking to them both, I was sure that I wanted to go. (more…)
