A mobile theatre means we can take the care to them, wherever they may be... For most places we visit, both state and local governments are ineffective in providing basic healthcare, and in cities where private healthcare alternatives exist, it's costly. Furthermore, the cost of getting the right medications is unaffordable for most people.
